Nigerian international striker Victor Osimhen has made Galatasaray his priority destination if moves to top European clubs fail to materialize during this summer's transfer window, according to football commentator Evren Turhan.

Turhan, who has been analyzing Galatasaray's transfer agenda, revealed that the Turkish club's management is already aware of Osimhen's preference, with the player's situation expected to be clarified by July 10.

"The Victor Osimhen issue will definitely be clear by July 10. If Europe doesn't work, Osimhen's priority is Galatasaray," Turhan stated. "Galatasaray management said this. President Dursun Özbek and his management also know and expect this."

Turhan added that Galatasaray's president is making significant efforts to fulfill the fans' desire to see Osimhen at the club. "Dursun Özbek, in particular, is working very hard to fulfill this request of Galatasaray fans," he noted.

Osimhen's Future at Napoli

The 26-year-old striker is widely expected to leave Napoli permanently this summer. Since joining the Italian club, Osimhen has established himself as one of Europe's most prolific forwards, attracting interest from several elite clubs.

Multiple Premier League giants including Arsenal, Chelsea, and Manchester United have been linked with the Nigerian striker. Italian powerhouse Juventus has also reportedly shown interest in acquiring his services.

Osimhen previously had a successful loan spell at Galatasaray, which appears to have left a positive impression on both the player and the Turkish club's supporters.

As the transfer window progresses, football fans across Nigeria and beyond will be watching closely to see where the Super Eagles star will continue his career.
