Nigerian skitmaker and musician, Lawal Nasiru, popularly known as Nasboi, has survived a car accident after his vehicle crashed into a parked trailer on Wednesday.
The entertainer, who recently embarked on a nationwide tour in a campaign to secure a verse from singer Davido, took to social media to share his experience and reassure fans of his safety.
Following the incident, Nasboi went live via his social media handle to address concerned followers. In the video, he appeared remarkably calm despite the circumstances.
"Omo me I don't even know, na laugh I just dey laugh. Because this is crazy, na to give up at this point. It's crazy but we thank God nobody got harmed. No injuries at all," he stated during the live session.
In a separate Instagram post, Nasboi expressed gratitude for his safety, writing: "Thank God for life. Few hours ago!! No injuries sustained, No single scratch. Now I'm thinking if I should stop or to continue."
The accident comes amid Nasboi's ambitious 36-state tour, during which he has been playfully kneeling to appeal for a collaboration with Afrobeats superstar Davido. The creative campaign has garnered significant attention across social media platforms.
Nasboi has been rising in popularity within Nigeria's entertainment industry, known for his comedic skits and recent foray into music. He previously made headlines when he revealed that critics had once claimed he would "amount to nothing" after mimicking Davido in his early content.
