Galatasaray has officially announced the complete financial details of Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen's high-profile transfer from Italian club Napoli.

The Turkish champions confirmed they have triggered Osimhen's €75 million release clause, which will be paid to Napoli in two installments. As part of the agreement, Galatasaray will also pay Napoli 10 percent of any profit made from the striker's future sale.

According to the club's official statement released on Thursday night, Osimhen has committed to a four-year contract with Galatasaray, effective from the 2025-2026 season.

"Regarding the transfer of professional footballer Victor James Osimhen, an agreement has been reached with his club, SSCN Napoli SPA," the statement read.

"In this context, a net transfer fee of 75,000,000 EUR will be paid to the player's former club. Additionally, under the terms of the agreement, 10% of the profit from the player's next sale will be paid to SSCN Napoli SPA."

The financial package for the Nigerian international is substantial. Osimhen will receive a guaranteed net salary of €15 million per season, along with a net loyalty bonus of €1 million and an image rights fee of €5 million.

This transfer marks a significant move for the Super Eagles striker, who had been linked with several European clubs including Chelsea before finalizing his move to Turkey.

The deal represents one of the most expensive transfers in Turkish football history and underscores Galatasaray's ambitions to strengthen their squad for domestic and European competitions.

Osimhen's move to Galatasaray comes after his successful stint at Napoli, where he established himself as one of Europe's premier strikers.
