As reported by Edu Opportunities, Maduka University, Enugu, has officially commenced admission registration for the 2025/2026 academic session following the recent release of the 2025 UTME results by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).

According to the announcement, only candidates who scored above 140 in the 2025 JAMB UTME are eligible to apply. This cut-off mark aligns with the minimum threshold approved by JAMB for the current academic year.

Available Programmes and Tuition Fees

The university offers a wide range of programmes across various schools with corresponding tuition fees:

School of Computing: Computer Science, Cyber Security, and Software Engineering - all at ₦690,000.

School of Business & Social Sciences: Accounting, Economics, Mass Communication, International Relations, and Transport Management - all priced at ₦650,000.

School of Engineering: Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Electrical & Electronics Engineering - all at ₦690,000.

College of Medical Sciences: Medicine & Surgery - ₦3,500,000.

School of Health Sciences: Public Health, Radiography, Medical Laboratory Science, and Physiotherapy at ₦690,000, while Nursing costs ₦1,100,000.

School of Pharmacy: Pharmacy - ₦1,100,000.

School of Law: Law - ₦1,100,000.

The university also offers an IJMB Programme with tuition at ₦650,000 for a duration of two semesters.

Payment Information

Prospective students should note the following additional costs:

  • Application Form Fee: ₦5,000

  • Acceptance Fee: ₦50,000 (non-refundable)

  • Feeding: Pay-as-you-eat system

The university has also outlined payment plans for different programmes. IJMB requires a one-time payment, while other programmes allow payment in two installments - 60% and 40%. The institution emphasizes that there are no other fees or hidden charges.

Direct entry applicants and transfer students are also welcome to apply for various programmes.
