Kaduna State Governor, Uba Sani, has announced significant changes to his cabinet with new appointments and redeployment of commissioners with immediate effect.

According to a statement released by Ibraheem Musa, the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Professor Abubakar Sani Sambo has been appointed as the new Commissioner for Education in the state.

In the same cabinet reshuffle, the outgoing Commissioner for Education, Sani Bello, also known as Mainan Zazzau, has been redeployed to head the newly established Ministry of Information.

The governor has also appointed Barrister Gloria Ibrahim as the Commissioner for Youth Development, further expanding his administration's focus on youth affairs in the state.

The statement emphasized that all appointments and redeployments take immediate effect, signaling the governor's intent to promptly implement his administrative vision for Kaduna State.

These cabinet changes come as Governor Sani continues to restructure his administration to better address the educational, informational, and youth development needs of Kaduna State residents.

Political observers note that the creation of a separate Ministry of Information indicates the administration's increased focus on strategic communication and public engagement with citizens of the state.
