Kaduna State Governor, Uba Sani, has commended President Bola Tinubu's administration, stating that his policies are yielding positive results and changing the lives of Nigerians.
Speaking during the commissioning of 100 Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) powered buses by President Tinubu in Kaduna on Thursday, Governor Sani highlighted the tangible impact of the administration's initiatives on citizens.
"For every mother who can access health care without worry, and for every youth who dares to dream again, your leadership is a beacon of light. Mr President, it is working and is changing lives," Sani remarked during the ceremony.
National Honor and Democracy
The Governor also expressed gratitude to President Tinubu for conferring upon him the prestigious National Honor Award of Commander of the Order of Niger (CON).
Acknowledging Tinubu's role in Nigeria's democratic journey, Sani stated, "Mr President, particularly for your humble contribution during the historic June 12 movement and the struggle for enthronement of democracy is a testament that the sacrifice of yesterday paved the way for the times of tomorrow."
"June 12 symbolizes the Nigerian people's quest for democracy and justice ideals that your leadership today continues to nurture and defend," he added.
Economic Reforms
The commissioning of the CNG-powered buses comes as part of the administration's efforts to provide alternative transportation solutions amid economic reforms.
In a related development, the Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris, during an interview on Channels Television on Wednesday, provided a summary of the Tinubu government's achievements in setting the economy on the right path.
The commissioning event in Kaduna is part of President Tinubu's ongoing projects inauguration across various states in the federation.
