Grammy-winning Nigerian singer, Ayodeji Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, has revealed that vision is a key requirement for success. The 34-year-old music icon shared his insights during the premiere of his documentary 'Wizkid: Long Live Lagos' at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York on Friday.

When asked by NBC 4 if he had always envisioned his current level of success, the Starboy boss responded with confidence: "Yeah, absolutely, man. You have to dream it before you achieve it. So, yeah, [I've] always [known I would be successful]."

Advice for Aspiring Artists

The 'Essence' hitmaker offered valuable advice to young people aiming for success, emphasizing the importance of authenticity, hard work, and faith. Wizkid encouraged aspiring artists to stay true to themselves while maintaining their belief in God throughout their journey.

The event also served as a special moment for Wizkid's personal life as he and his partner, Jada Pollock, introduced their daughter, Morayo, to fans for the first time. The singer was photographed carrying his daughter while posing with Jada and other members of his team.
