The Permanent Secretary of the General Services Office, Dr. Nnamdi Maurice Mbaeri, OON, FCA, NPOM, has officially inaugurated a three-day workshop focused on promoting administrative excellence through ethical practices.

Dr. Mbaeri, who holds multiple professional accolades including Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA) and recipient of the National Productivity Order of Merit (NPOM), emphasized the critical role of ethics in building a more efficient and transparent administrative system.
