Nollywood actress Kate Henshaw has publicly demanded justice for the younger sister of reality TV star Phyna, who suffered critical injuries in a road accident allegedly involving a Dangote Group truck in Auchi, Edo State.

The victim, who had celebrated her graduation just six days before the tragic incident, has undergone amputation of one leg and faces the possibility of losing the other due to the severity of her injuries.

According to Henshaw's account, the truck driver attempted to flee the accident scene but was apprehended after being pursued by an eyewitness identified as a lecturer. She further alleged that the vehicle's license plate had been removed, raising concerns about potential attempts to evade responsibility.

"She is the junior sister to @unusualphyna. Whoever owns the truck should own up. Calling on @PoliceNG @BenHundeyin to make sure justice is served," Henshaw wrote in her social media appeal.

Former Big Brother Naija winner Phyna had earlier taken to social media to directly call out Aliko Dangote after the truck allegedly linked to his company was involved in the accident. She accused the Dangote Group of attempting to shield those responsible for the incident.

The case has gained additional attention after social media activist VeryDarkMan shared a video showing the victim in critical condition and joined the calls for justice.

The Nigerian Police Force is currently holding the truck in custody as investigations continue into the circumstances surrounding the accident and the allegations made against the Dangote Group.

This incident highlights ongoing concerns about road safety in Nigeria, particularly involving commercial vehicles and trucks from major corporations. The case has sparked discussions about corporate responsibility and accountability in accidents involving company vehicles.

As the story develops, public interest continues to grow, with many Nigerians expressing solidarity with Phyna's family and calling for appropriate compensation for the victim's life-altering injuries.
