Popular social media critic, VeryDarkMan, has dismissed actress Iyabo Ojo's petition against the Nigeria Police and Commissioner of Police Uche as inconsequential, describing it as "suya paper" in a recent social media post.

The petition, which has gone viral, was submitted by Ojo to the National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu. In it, the actress accused CP Ifeanyi Henry Uche, who heads the Nigeria Police Force National Cyber Crime Centre (NPF-NCCC), of conducting her interrogation in the presence of VeryDarkMan, whom she described as a civilian and a defendant in another case where she is a witness.

Responding to the petition on Tuesday evening, VeryDarkMan shared the document on his Instagram story with the caption: "@nigeriastory this petition na suya paper," suggesting he believes the complaint will not yield any meaningful results.

The controversy stems from events following the death of singer Mohbad. Iyabo Ojo had previously honored a police invitation after publicly calling out musician Naira Marley and his associate, Sam Larry, over their alleged involvement in Mohbad's death. Her accusations came after a video surfaced online showing the duo allegedly bullying the late singer.

This latest development adds another layer to the ongoing tensions between VeryDarkMan and Iyabo Ojo, who have been at odds over various issues related to the Mohbad case.

The petition raises serious questions about police procedure and the handling of witness protection during investigations. However, as of now, neither the National Security Adviser nor the Nigeria Police Force has issued an official response to Ojo's allegations.
