Primate Elijah Ayodele has issued a stern warning to President Bola Tinubu regarding the selection of the next All Progressives Congress (APC) National Chairman, cautioning that choosing the wrong candidate could lead to the party being "sold out."

The warning comes in the wake of Abdullahi Ganduje's recent resignation as APC National Chairman, reportedly due to health concerns. However, political observers suggest the resignation might be a strategic move to position Ganduje for a potential second term.

In a statement released through his Media Aide, Oluwatosin Osho, Primate Ayodele specifically advised the President against making appointments based on superficial considerations.

"You should also avoid picking the wrong person as the APC national chairman so that the party won't be sold out," Ayodele stated. "Don't pick a party chairman based on eye service, there are names of people that shouldn't be your party chairman. The official date for the convention will affect the party's stand; it should be changed."

Beyond party politics, the spiritual leader also raised security concerns, urging the military to be vigilant against potential bombing attacks that could destabilize the current administration.

"The military should start working on bombings because that's another strategy to destabilize this government," he warned.

Internal Threats and Political Moles

Primate Ayodele further cautioned President Tinubu about potential threats within his inner circle, advising heightened security measures and discretion regarding strategic plans.

"You should also watch important documentation in the villa, overhaul your security, and watch your presidential jet very well," the prophet advised. "You have a lot of political enemies within your party that are pretending. Keep most of your strategies to yourself because there are coalition moles in the APC."

In a particularly pointed warning, Ayodele expressed skepticism about the loyalty of some governors who have recently defected to the APC, suggesting they harbor hidden agendas against the President.

The prophet concluded by urging President Tinubu to exercise greater vigilance, claiming that individuals with antagonistic intentions toward his administration are securing appointments within his government.

This development comes at a critical juncture for the ruling party as it prepares to select new leadership that will guide its affairs ahead of future electoral challenges.
