Nollywood actress Mary Njoku has publicly shared her emotional struggles, revealing that uncertainty and self-doubt have left her unable to sleep.

In an emotional Instagram post shared early Friday, the actress expressed feeling stuck at a crossroads in her life, unsure of which direction to take next.

"I'm at a point in my life where I truly don't know what to do. It feels like I'm at a crossroads stuck and uncertain," Njoku wrote in her candid post.

The actress, known for her typically confident persona, admitted that her current emotional state has left her questioning relationships and struggling with insomnia.

"The people you think you know, you come to realize, maybe you don't know them at all. And that shakes you. I usually have answers, I'm used to having clarity and direction. But right now, I have none. My mind is overwhelmed. I can't sleep," she continued.
