Retired Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ibas, the Rivers State Sole Administrator, has appointed eleven new permanent secretaries in a move aimed at strengthening the state's administrative structure.
The appointment was announced through a Special Government Announcement released in Port Harcourt on Tuesday, signed by the state's Acting Head of Service, Inyingi Brown.
