According to a statement released on Wednesday by the command's spokesperson, SP Grace Iringe-Koko, the suspect was arrested around 11:30 p.m. on May 5, along Abacha Road in Port Harcourt while riding a bicycle.

"A search conducted on the suspect led to the recovery of seven master keys," Iringe-Koko stated. "The suspect was immediately taken to the station for further questioning."

Confession and Recovery

During interrogation, the suspect reportedly confessed to his involvement in various criminal activities, particularly car snatching operations. Following his confession, he led police operatives to his residence where officers recovered a red Hyundai Sonata saloon car with registration number EKY 531 GG, which had been previously reported stolen.
