American rapper 50 Cent has publicly responded after his name was mentioned during the ongoing sex trafficking trial of Sean Combs, popularly known as P. Diddy, in New York.

Capricorn Clark, Diddy's former assistant, testified on Tuesday, May 27, that she once overheard the embattled music mogul discussing weapons while speaking about 50 Cent, who has been his long-time rival in the music industry.

According to Clark's testimony, Diddy told an executive, "I don't like the back and forth, I don't like that. I like guns," while mentioning 50 Cent's name.

In response to this revelation, 50 Cent took to Instagram to mock Diddy, writing: "oh my goodness itty bitty Diddy wants me Dead, I have to lay low, I think l'm gonna hide out at the playoff game tonight. LOL".

The post comes despite Diddy's previous denials of any feud with 50 Cent over the years.

Diddy's Ongoing Trial

Diddy, who was arrested in 2024, is currently in the third week of his trial facing serious racketeering and sex trafficking charges. The trial has featured several high-profile testimonies, including that of his former girlfriend Cassie Ventura.

Ventura delivered graphic testimonies describing how Diddy allegedly physically and psychologically abused her throughout their 11-year relationship from 2007 to 2018.

The trial has also seen numerous A-list celebrity names mentioned during various testimonies. Clark's testimony further revealed that Diddy maintained a list of celebrity enemies, adding another layer to the already sensational trial.

The 55-year-old music mogul has pleaded not guilty to the charges against him and could potentially face life imprisonment if convicted.
