Annie Knight, a 27-year-old OnlyFans content creator who calls herself "Australia's most sexually active woman," has been hospitalized following what she describes as an extreme challenge involving 583 male partners in a single day.

Knight shared a video from her hospital bed on Wednesday, revealing she sought medical attention due to severe cramps and excessive bleeding that began the day after the event, which reportedly took place on Sunday.

"On Sunday everything was all good, but the next day I had a lot of bleeding that I shouldn't really have because I'm on contraception, and I was a little bit worried about it but decided I would wait it out and see how it goes," Knight told Perth Now.

"Then it turned into really bad cramps and pains, then I started to get a bit worried and decided to take myself to hospital," she added.

While doctors initially suspected her symptoms were directly related to the physical nature of the challenge, they ultimately determined that stress had exacerbated her pre-existing endometriosis condition.

"We ran a bunch of tests all day, then eventually it was my endometriosis had been exasperated by mostly stress and not so much the physical challenge that I did on Sunday," Knight explained.

Endometriosis is a painful disorder where tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside the uterine cavity, causing symptoms including heavy periods, pain, fatigue, and potentially affecting fertility.

This marks Knight's second hospital visit in recent weeks. Just a month ago, she was admitted for an undisclosed illness, with her fiancé Henry Brayshaw sharing a photo of her in a hospital gown surrounded by medical equipment.

Knight recently made headlines after announcing her engagement to Brayshaw just one week after they officially began dating, though she revealed on The Kyle and Jackie O Show that they've been best friends for ten years and had dated previously.

"It's not a shotgun engagement or anything like that. It's been ten years in the making," she said.

Despite her engagement, Knight has stated that her lifestyle won't change, revealing plans to sleep with 1,000 men before the end of 2025. She described her relationship as one-sided in terms of exclusivity, saying her fiancé "is completely monogamous and faithful to me and is forbidden from sleeping with other women—but the same rules don't apply to me."
