Former Big Brother Naija star Doyin David has firmly declared she will never participate in any Nigerian reality show again, regardless of the financial incentives offered.

In a recent viral video shared on Trendupp Africa, Doyin opened up about her challenging experience on the popular reality show, describing it as "mad" and "very crazy."

"My experience being on a reality show was mad. Very very crazy experience. I will never do it again in my life, not for any amount. Except it is a show outside the country," she stated.

The reality TV personality accused the show's producers of deliberately editing footage to misrepresent her character and create a false narrative about her personality.

"They portray you the way they want to. They have given everybody an impression of you that are not really true," Doyin explained, adding that the edited version shown to viewers was designed to fit a particular storyline.

She further expressed frustration with public perception, saying: "A lot of people think some things about my personality, that is not really who I'm at all. But Nigerians are too judgmental, so I'm not blessing them with my presence ever again."

Doyin also revealed that her participation in the show had significant negative effects on her mental health, though she did not elaborate on specific incidents or challenges she faced during or after her time in the Big Brother house.

The former housemate's comments come as BBNaija prepares for its tenth season, with organizers recently announcing dates and locations for physical auditions across Nigeria.
