Nasarawa State Governor, Abdullahi Sule, has appointed Mr. Alfa Yusufu Tsenya as the new Executive Secretary of the Nasarawa State Christian Pilgrims Welfare Board, replacing Mr. David Ayewa whose tenure recently ended.
The appointment was announced on Thursday through a statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Barr. Labaran Shuaibu Magaji, PhD.
According to the statement, the appointment takes immediate effect and is part of Governor Sule's ongoing efforts to strengthen key institutions and ensure effective service delivery across the state.

In a related development, the governor has also appointed Yusuf Abdullahi Loko as a Special Adviser. Both appointees are scheduled to be sworn in on Monday, June 16, 2025.
This latest appointment comes amid Governor Sule's continued restructuring of his administration to enhance governance in Nasarawa State.
The Christian Pilgrims Welfare Board plays a crucial role in coordinating and facilitating pilgrimages for Christians in the state, ensuring smooth operations and welfare of pilgrims during their spiritual journeys.
