"I am so proud of Moses. Whenever it's a FIFA free day, he calls me saying he wants to come," Chelle explained. "Most times, I tell him to calm down, but he insists, 'No, I want to play.'"
The coach added: "This guy wants to play every time for the Nigerian team, every time he wants to win for the country."
Simon's Impressive National Team Record
At 29 years old, Simon has established himself as a key figure in the Super Eagles setup. Throughout his 81 appearances for the three-time African champions, he has contributed 10 goals and provided 15 assists.
His energetic style of play and consistent performances have made him a fan favorite and a reliable option for successive national team coaches.
