Crown FC of Ogbomosho has issued a rallying call to supporters and stakeholders as they push for qualification to the Nigeria National League (NNL) Super Eight playoff with three crucial matches remaining in the season.
The club's General Manager, Olamide Ilupeju, emphasized the importance of fan support during this critical period in their promotion campaign, as they aim to secure a spot in the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL).
"I am writing to rally our loyal supporters, fans, and spectators to join us in our quest for success," Ilupeju told Oyo State News. "With three crucial matches remaining, our team is focused on securing the necessary results to qualify for the prestigious Super Eight playoff games."
The Ajilete Warriors currently sit fourth on the NNL Group A table with 27 points. According to Ilupeju, winning their remaining fixtures would significantly boost their chances of promotion to Nigeria's top-flight football division.
"I urge everyone associated with Crown Football Club to demonstrate their unwavering support for the team during these critical fixtures. Your presence, enthusiasm, and encouragement will undoubtedly play a significant role in motivating our players to give their best," he added.
The General Manager expressed confidence in the team's ability to achieve their objectives with proper support from fans and stakeholders.
"By winning our remaining three matches, we can realize our goal of Super Eight qualification and make a strong statement about our team's capabilities. I have every confidence that, together, we can achieve this objective and bring pride to our club," Ilupeju stated.
Crown FC's next challenge comes against Inter Lagos in a league fixture scheduled for Saturday. The outcome of this match and their final two games will determine whether they secure a coveted spot in the NNL Super Eight playoff, which serves as the gateway to promotion to the NPFL.
