Nasarawa Amazons and Rivers Angels have secured their places in the final of the 2025 Women's President Federation Cup following impressive semi-final victories on Saturday.

Chris Danjuma's Nasarawa Amazons displayed dominance in their encounter against Edo Queens, claiming a convincing 2-0 win at the Prince Abubakar Audu University Stadium in Anyingba.

Ayatsea Hemabafan put the Amazons ahead in the 20th minute, giving her team an early advantage. The match remained competitive until substitute Bibiana Odoh sealed the victory with a second goal just two minutes from full time, effectively ending Edo Queens' hopes of reaching the final.

In the other semi-final fixture played at the Enyimba Stadium in Aba, Rivers Angels edged past Ibom Angels with a narrow 1-0 victory. Aminat Folorunsho scored what proved to be the decisive goal in the 63rd minute of the encounter.

The final showdown between Nasarawa Amazons and Rivers Angels promises to be an exciting contest as both teams aim to lift the prestigious Women's President Federation Cup trophy. The date and venue for the final are yet to be announced.
