Football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has revealed that three Chelsea players are set to leave Stamford Bridge on permanent transfers during this summer transfer window.

According to Romano, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, Lesley Ugochukwu, and Carney Chukwuemeka will be departing the London club as part of Chelsea's ongoing squad restructuring.

Dewsbury-Hall is reportedly finalizing a move to Premier League rivals Everton. The midfielder has already agreed on personal terms with the Toffees and a permanent deal with Chelsea has been arranged.

The Merseyside club is expected to pay Chelsea a package worth approximately £29 million for Dewsbury-Hall's services, marking a significant transfer between the two Premier League sides.

As for Ugochukwu and Chukwuemeka, Romano confirmed that both players will also be leaving Chelsea on permanent deals, similar to Dewsbury-Hall, though their destinations have not yet been specified.

These departures come as Chelsea continues to reshape their squad under manager Enzo Maresca. The Blues are reportedly keen to sign one or two additional players to strengthen their team before the transfer window closes.

Chelsea has already been active in the transfer market this summer, recently securing the signature of defender Jorrel Hato from Ajax as they look to build a competitive squad for the upcoming season.

The London club's transfer strategy appears to involve balancing outgoing transfers with strategic acquisitions as they prepare for the challenges of domestic and potentially European competitions.
