Nigerian international striker Victor Osimhen is facing a challenging transfer market as European clubs appear reluctant to sign him despite his undeniable talent, according to TRT Spor commentator Kaya Çilingiroğlu.

Çilingiroğlu revealed that European clubs are unwilling to meet Osimhen's reported €40 million per year salary demands, while Turkish giants Galatasaray have made what he describes as "the best offer" of €25 million for the Napoli forward.

"Victor Osimhen has all kinds of talent but no European team wants him," Çilingiroğlu stated. "Arab teams don't want him very much either. Galatasaray is offering 25 million Euros, but European teams need to offer 40 million Euros to get this amount. Galatasaray made the best offer anyway."

Uncertain Future for Super Eagles Star

The 26-year-old Nigerian striker recently concluded his loan spell with Galatasaray and is yet to decide on his next destination. Despite his impressive track record, Osimhen's future remains uncertain as he navigates a complex transfer market.

Reports have linked the Super Eagles forward with Saudi Arabian club Al Hilal, as well as several top European sides including Chelsea, Juventus, Real Madrid, Arsenal, and Manchester United. However, no concrete agreements have been announced.

Osimhen's situation highlights the growing financial constraints even top European clubs face when dealing with premium talent demanding substantial wages, potentially shifting the power dynamics in the global transfer market.

The striker's next move will be closely watched by Nigerian football fans as one of the country's most prominent footballing exports navigates this challenging period in his career.
