Udinese shot-stopper Maduka Okoye has been given the nod to start in goal ahead of Amas Obasogie, while the defensive line will feature Bright Osayi-Samuel, Bruno Onyemaechi, captain William Troost-Ekong, and Semi Ajayi.
In midfield, Chelle has opted for a trio of Raphael Onyedika, Dele-Bashiru, and Christantus Uche, who will be tasked with controlling the game's tempo against the Russians.
The attacking responsibilities will fall to Genk forward Tolu Arokodare, who will lead the line, supported by Moses Simon and Victor Boniface on the flanks.
