Manchester United legend Gary Neville has backed Arsenal to win the English Premier League title in the 2025-26 season, despite the Gunners finishing as runners-up for three consecutive campaigns under Mikel Arteta.

Speaking on The Overlap, Neville expressed confidence in Arsenal's ability to finally claim their first Premier League championship since 2004.

"I've got to go to Arsenal again, I've got to double down, haven't I?" Neville stated. "I've gone there the last two seasons and they finished second in the last three seasons, actually. I'm going to stick with them."

Arsenal have shown remarkable consistency under Arteta's management, finishing second with 84 points, 89 points, and most recently 74 points in the 2024-25 season. However, they ended the just-concluded campaign 10 points behind champions Liverpool.

The former England international's prediction comes as Arsenal continue their quest to build on their recent progress and finally overcome the final hurdle to Premier League glory.

With the summer transfer window approaching, all eyes will be on Arteta and the Arsenal board to see what reinforcements they bring in to strengthen their title challenge for the upcoming season.
