Gtext Holdings Group CEO, Rana Ijaz Ahmad, has outlined the company's ambitious global expansion plans and announced a free mentorship program for entrepreneurs in commemoration of the conglomerate's 17th anniversary.

In an exclusive interview with Media Campaign Consultants Nigeria on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, Ahmad shared insights on his leadership transition, business strategies across multiple continents, and the company's future direction.

Leadership Transition and Global Management

Ahmad, who officially assumed office as Group CEO in January 2024, succeeding Dr. Stephen Akintayo who transitioned to Group Chairman, brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience across investment banking, oil & gas, real estate, hospitality, and manufacturing sectors in the Middle East and Europe.

"Our leadership transition has been seamless, focused on aligning our fast-growing global operations with a long-term vision for multi-sector impact," Ahmad stated.

Speaking on the challenges of managing a global conglomerate, Ahmad acknowledged both the complexity and opportunity involved. "Coordinating operations across our various subsidiaries—real estate, technology, agriculture, media, and investment services—means navigating varied regulations, time zones, and consumer expectations," he explained.

Future Direction Under New Leadership

Ahmad described the future of Gtext Holdings as "bold, multi-sector, and impact-driven." The company plans to expand its smart and green housing models globally, with special focus on diaspora and affordable housing markets.

"In agriculture, we're scaling our Gtext Farms initiative to boost food security, empower rural communities, and promote sustainable farming practices," he said.

The company is also leveraging technology to launch platforms that improve property transactions, financial literacy, and e-commerce for underserved populations across Africa and beyond.

Anniversary Mentorship Program

As part of Gtext Holdings' 17th anniversary celebrations, the company has launched a free 12-month one-on-one mentorship program with Chairman Dr. Stephen Akintayo. The program is open to entrepreneurs across Africa, the U.S., UK, UAE, and Qatar.

Participants will receive weekly personal sessions with Dr. Akintayo, access to his 40+ published books and 3,000+ video materials, full access to his contacts and business network, and guidance to significantly grow their businesses by December 2025.

To qualify, applicants must have achieved at least $100,000 in gross sales in the past 12 months, be nominated by 10 people via comment on the post, submit a 3-minute video pitch, and email required documentation to the company.

"This mentorship reflects what GtextHoldings is about—growing people, not just profits. It aligns with our purpose: to raise ethical entrepreneurs, build sustainable systems, and leave a legacy of transformation," Ahmad concluded.

Applications for the mentorship program close on October 30, 2025, with winners to be announced online.
